• You can schedule deliveries up to 7 days in advance.
• Deliveries are a flat fee of $15.

• We will contact you if we cannot accommodate your request.

• You won't find many florists who are as zealous as we are about the beauty and longevity of your blooms.  We also understand that we fight against nature and live in the desert.  Please follow these instructions for maximum longevity.
• The arrangement will arrive with a care instructions card and a flower food packet.
• Keep your flowers in a cool place, free from drafts and direct sunlight.  Heat and light are the enemy here.
• Your stems should be well-hydrated when they arrive.  However, monitor the water level and top off if necessary.  Fresh blooms are thirsty creatures, as some of them have traveled a very long way to get to you.
• On the third morning,
  • Remove stems from the vase and empty water.
  • Rinse the vase well with water.*
  • Refill with water and 1/2 of flower food.
  • Remove any leaves or debris that will fall below the water line.
  • Trim stems slightly (less than half an inch) at a 90-degree angle with clean, sharp sheers.
  • Place the trimmed stems back in the prepared vase as quickly as possible.
• Repeat every 2-3 days.  With proper care, most arrangements should last more than five days.

Additional Notes

• In the rare event of a quality issue, please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We will do our best to make things right.  
• Do not use water from a water-softening system.  The pH level of softened water will drastically reduce the life of your stems.  At checkout, you can add a bottle of water optimal for stem life when combined with the flower food.

• Quality Assurance:  Should any item be damaged during shipping or have its quality compromised, we will gladly replace it to ensure your satisfaction.

• Returns & Refunds: We don't offer refunds as flowers are perishable. However, if we cannot resolve an issue, we may offer an in-store credit as a token of our commitment to your happiness.

• Quality-Based Returns:  Returns are accepted based on quality concerns. We understand that personal preferences may vary, and "liking" an arrangement is a matter of taste, not grounds for a return.

• Care Instructions:  To prolong the life of your flowers, please remember to water them and re-cut the stems. Responsibility for this care falls to the recipient.

• Style and Substitutions:  We reserve the right to substitute blooms when they are not in season or out of stock, ensuring the arrangement maintains a similar aesthetic and quality to the advertised picture. For specific requests, please call to confirm availability.

• Personal Touch:  If no specific card message is provided, we will include the sender's name on the card.

• Delivery Times:  Our delivery times are categorized as "morning" and "afternoon." For precise delivery schedules, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

• Recipient Availability:  To maintain the element of surprise, we don't call ahead to check if someone is at the delivery location. The sender is responsible for ensuring the recipient is present during delivery.
