Yes, when checking out, you can pick morning or afternoon deliveries. All same day deliveries will be delivered in the afternoon.

Yes, most orders can be processed the same day. Just call us to give us a heads up if you are needing it delivered quickly.

Most orders are processed immediately by our florist and delivery team. If the arrangement hasn't been assembled, we can make a change for a similarly priced item. If the arrangement has already been assembled, we cannot make any changes.

Yes, the flowers will be left in the coolest, shaded spot we can find. We will attempt to call the recipient if no one is at the delivery address. If the flowers are not received by the recipient at the time of the delivery, we cannot honor our return policy.
